Automatic Bottle Counting Machine is the perfect labor-saving component to meet the demands of high-speed Packing Lines. Machine is designed for Counting and Loose-Packing of containers in Poly bag. No longer are employees required to manually Count the bottles one by one in the bag or Approximate Counting by weight  – an otherwise tedious and time consuming task.

Machine has its own Storage of 2000 bottles. Size of Storage depands on size of bottles. Bottles will supplied to turn table and pass through high speed conveyor. One photo sensor will count bottles during high speed conveyor. Machine counting speed will be 200 BPM to 300BPM.

Machine is available in SS-304 or M.S. Powder coated frame.
